The Brookvale Village Hall on Lower Brook Street was built in 1983 (and later extended in 1987). Since then, it has played an important role in maintaining the community spirit Brookvale is renowned for. It is a central focal point for the community, and plays venue to the majority of BCA-organised events. The entire Hall was renovated after an arson attack destroyed a large part of the building in 1999.
