The War Memorial Hall, opened in 1956 in honour of those who served and those who lost their lives in two World Wars, is used on a daily basis for all manner of activities and events. The Main Hall is 50 foot by 34 foot and we have seating for 150 for receptions and conferences. There is a County standard Badminton court marked out and we also have spotlights and dimmers for parties and discos. There is also a stage and proscenium with full curtains. Our Kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher (takes three minutes to wash), fridge-freezer, plate warmer, kettles, saucepans, hot water urn and china and cutlery for 150 persons

The building was erected in 1977 on the former site of the Radley College vegetable gardens as a replacement for the much smaller village hall built in Lower Radley in 1924/25. The hall was extended in the 1990s to provide an additional area at one side, a refurbished kitchen and a disabled toilet. New double glazing and other sound proofing measures were installed in 2008.

The Main Hall can accommodate up to 200 people depending on the type of function. The Club Room is a smaller, carpeted space which could comfortably take up to 50 people. This room is connected to the kitchen which makes it ideal for children's parties or meetings. The kitchen is well equipped with crockery, cutlery and glasses as well as a new electric range oven and hob.

The Village Hall has been totally renovated in October 2021, thanks to a grant from the HS2 Community Fund. It now meets all requirements for accessibility and Health and Safety.
